Return Policy

KLRW stands behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product in an unopened, undamaged, or unused condition with our original receipt for a full refund or exchange for a similar product of equal value. All returns must have prepaid shipping back to KLRW for refund or replacement.

All electrical parts that have been immersed in oils, solvents, coolant or any other liquid and/or have been cut, spliced or have been modified in any way are NON-returnable. Most of our products carry a manufacturer warranty; please check our site for manufacturer warranty.

All products leave our business in an undamaged state; we inspect and hand package each order individually. If you receive a package from KLRW that has damage, immediately notify the shipper — we cannot assure you of undamaged products once they leave our hands!

Shipping Information:
Attention: International customers, if you want to guarantee you receive your shipment, please purchase the upgraded shipping, i.e. Priority or Express, as this includes a tracking number and that way you can track it. If you do decide to ship it first class, we cannot guarantee delivery once it leaves our hands.

US Customers: Purchase the upgraded shipping if you want a tracking number as we cannot guarantee the package once it leaves our hands.
